AI Visibility Audit for websites in Essen and the Ruhrgebiet
Buying decisions increasingly start with "what does ChatGPT recommend?" instead of "what does Google show?". We check whether AI assistants find your business, and with which information.
How it works
Real customer queries against ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity
We ask the assistants the questions your customers actually ask. You see what they say about your business today, and where they name a competitor instead.
Twenty technical signals on your website
We measure how a crawler sees your site: is the content in the raw HTML or hidden behind JavaScript? Is your business identity anchored in structured data? Is your address, opening hours, and service area findable? The full check list is below.
A report with three concrete fixes
You receive a ranked list of the fixes that move the needle for you. On request, we implement them together in a follow-up session and document the change with before and after screenshots.
What we check
Twenty signals grouped into three tiers, each answering a different question.
Tier 1. Is the site readable at all?
If a crawler cannot read the page, nothing downstream matters.
- Content in the server HTML, not loaded by JavaScript
- robots.txt permits AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and others)
- Bot and browser requests get the same response (no user-agent blocking)
- Time to first byte under 1.5 seconds
- Ratio of raw text to rendered text is close to 1
Tier 2. Is the site usable once read?
Content that is present but unlinkable, cross-origin, or image-only cannot be cited.
- Images carry alt text and no menu or price is baked into an image
- Facts live on your domain, not inside cross-origin iframes
- Each offering has its own URL, not just a hash anchor
- Internal links resolve, no 404 or dead redirect
Tier 3. Can an assistant build a recommendation from it?
This is where most sites lose. The page is readable and usable, and still resolves to nothing citable.
- Structured data (JSON-LD) anchors the business to a verifiable identity
- Name, address, and contact appear in the raw HTML
- A single sentence names the business, what it does, and where
- Title and headings state the service and the location
- Pricing or scope signal is present, even as a range
- Service area is stated (city, region, remote)
- Language is correctly declared, hreflang if bilingual
- Date or update signal is present
- Meta description is substantive, not a slogan
- Heading outline is proper HTML, not styled divs
- PDF text layer is real text, not scanned images
